Agreement

These terms apply to your use of getadamant.com (the "site"), operated by Adamant Media, LLC ("Adamant," "we," "us"), based in the greater St. Louis, Missouri area. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Client work

These terms cover the website only. Design, development, hosting, care plans and other services are provided under a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties. If anything in a client agreement conflicts with these terms, the client agreement wins.

Sending an inquiry, requesting a quote or talking with us about a project doesn't create a contract or obligate either of us to anything. Estimates, timelines and prices discussed before a signed agreement are for planning only.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read and share the site. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with how it works.
• Send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product, except for normal search engine and AI indexing that follows our robots.txt.
• Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your connection to anyone.

Our content

The site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, belong to Adamant Media, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote or link to our content with attribution. Please ask before reusing it in other ways. Names and trademarks of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

What you send us

When you contact us, you confirm the information you send is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Please don't send confidential information through the contact form. If a project needs confidential details, we're happy to sign a nondisclosure agreement first. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but content is for general information only. It isn't legal, financial or compliance advice. For example, our accessibility, SEO and AI content describes our approach and general best practices, not a guarantee of any legal outcome, search ranking or AI citation.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, though we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adamant Media, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived, including the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to indemnify Adamant Media, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
